- Step 2: Let us know if you have specific requests for stains or sensitive materials.
- Step 3: Collect your clean items in 6-8 hours, depending on the day's queue. You can message us to see whether your laundry is ready.
- Step 1: WhatsApp us to place an order. We will walk you through to set a pickup either using Gojek or in-house courier.
- Step 2: Hand your items over once the driver arrives at your location. We assist you in the process in real time.
- Step 3: Once we receive your items, we will weigh and count them and send you a photo copy of the bill and item list.
- Step 4: We will notify you when your laundry is ready to set a delivery. You pay with cash on delivery.
